Chromatography of Chlorophyll

Which solvent works best to display various pigments in a green leaf? Experimenting with water, acetone, alcohol, and mixtures of acetone and alcohol, amongst other solvents to see which resolved the pigments the best. No real good answer in what we tried. #science #biology #experiment
