Snatoms

Using @snatoms to made models of the molecules we are using. Very fast to make and so easy to change into different versions of the homologous series. #iteachchemistry #Science #STEM

Measuring the resistance of a length of Wire

Getting ready to do the resistance is proportional to the length of wire practical. Using a rheostat to visualise the system in a smaller space. Using the Locktronics by @matrixtsl to simplify and explain the circuit

Creating a powered pendulum

Creating a powered pendulum to look at resonance. We collected the data using a motion sensor and displayed in @pascoscientific Capstone. This gave numbers to the effect observed. #iteachphysics #Science #STEM

Fluctuating Gravity Field?

Using @pascoscientific Sparkvue and track and a Smartcart to work out a value of acceleration due to gravity. In my lab there seems to be a fluctuating gravity well, which seems to constantly change the value of g. #iteachphysics #Science

Doppler Rocket

Demonstrating the Doppler effect with the @pascoscientific Doppler Rocket: As the rocket moves away, students can hear the pitch drop (red s...
