#Physics Using and inclined plane, a phone inclinometer and some masses with foam to raise the mass higher with adding any mass lower down to look at the effect of centre of mass, angle and the tipping point. Fun Experiment #iteachphysics #Science #STEM With the mass higher up the object falls over at a lower angle. With a shorter piece of foam the centre of mass is lower and the angle is much higher before the object falls.

Nylon Rope Track
Some fun #Alevel #Chemistry carrying out the nylon rope trick. Seeing the faces on the students as the nylon is pulled from where the two surfaces touch and drawn out into a string. #Science #STEM #iteachchemistry

Inclined Plane
#ALevel #Physics Theory and Practice looking to the inclined plane. Learning about Mg sin Ɵ and mg Cos Ɵ.
Seeing the equations, working them out and then finding the real world values are the same. #iteachphysics #STEM #Science22 October 2021
Interactive Physics
#Physics Using Interactive Physics to demonstrate different physics concepts. Old software but works well for certain demos. Can measure using this then try it out in the real world and compare. #iteachphysics #STEM #Science

Diffusion
#Science It's the simple experiments that seem to cause the most interest and fascination. One Potassium Permanganate crystal dissolving in hot and cold water #STEM #iteachphysics @ChatPhysics
