Ionic Shapes
We used a Brother Scan'n'Cut machine to cut out 1+, 2+ and 3+ ions along with the 2- and 1- counterparts. The students seem to find it easier to create and write down chemical formulae.

Smartcart with adjustable fan
The @pascoscientific smart cart with the fan is great for some experiments, but using the template on the site, you can 3D print a base for the fan which allows the fan to be turned in all sort of angles which is even more useful especially for resolution of vectors.

Momentum
The @pascoscientific Smart carts excel at momentum equations. Even with quickly done student data the students can determine the relationships between mass and velocity in collisions

Getting into Coding
I find writing questions is hard. It is easier to start with the answer and find numbers that work rather than designing a question. Here coding comes in generating lots of different quadratic equations at different levels. Work in progress.
