 Looking a the reactive rates of propionic and ethanoic acids with a twirl of magnesium ribbon. The ethanoic acid was very much faster.

Measuring the resistance of a length of Wire


 Getting ready to do the resistance is proportional to the length of wire practical. Using a rheostat to visualise the system in a smaller space. Using the Locktronics by @matrixtsl to simplify and explain the circuit

Creating a powered pendulum

 Creating a powered pendulum to look at resonance. We collected the data using a motion sensor and displayed in @pascoscientific Capstone. This gave numbers to the effect observed. #iteachphysics #Science #STEM

Fluctuating Gravity Field?


 Using @pascoscientific Sparkvue and track and a Smartcart to work out a value of acceleration due to gravity. In my lab there seems to be a fluctuating gravity well, which seems to constantly change the value of g. #iteachphysics #Science
