Using a Baffle to improve a ripple tank results

 One of the problems with using a ripple tank is unwanted reflections. Simply placing a piece of paper towel stop the unwanted reflections leading to better and clearer results. #iteachphysics

Using a Demo eye

Using the @pascoscientific demo eye to practically look at how the lens in the eye works by changing shape, and looking at different lenses for long and short sightedness. I really great bit of kit. #iteachphysics

Repairing Lung Machine

After a few years of use my lung demo broke, but with a new y piece, new balloons and new elastic bands and gaffer tape the lung demo has been rebuilt and is again working well, to demo to more students.

Using Mechanics to help with A level Maths

 Doing practical mechanics to help understand A level Maths. Playing with practical mechanics brings a level of realism to the Physics Maths problems, so the students can see and feel what is going on.
