Rotaflow or not
Carrying out a titration, I gave the students the choice of different types of burettes. I showed them how they worked and then they all chose the straight ones rather than the Rotaflow design.

Failed experiment
Investigating catalysts. The student was so slow in lighting the spill the experiment was over before he was ready - we had to do it again after this.

Investigaing a CRT.
I grew up with CRT's, but for most of the students they have not seen one, so I took off the case from the Oscilloscope to show all the parts and how it works.

Ionic Shapes
We used a Brother Scan'n'Cut machine to cut out 1+, 2+ and 3+ ions along with the 2- and 1- counterparts. The students seem to find it easier to create and write down chemical formulae.

Breathing Model
I had some problems breathing then I realised there was a hole in my diaphragm, so after a few minutes the rubber was replaced and I could breath again. Fortunately this was the model not me.

Smartcart with adjustable fan
The @pascoscientific smart cart with the fan is great for some experiments, but using the template on the site, you can 3D print a base for the fan which allows the fan to be turned in all sort of angles which is even more useful especially for resolution of vectors.
