 Burning a crisp to work out its energy #STEM @ChatBiology We got 200kJ for 100g for crisps instead of the packet saying 2000kJ Gave the students a headache working out why, when they did the experiment so carefully using @pascoscientific capstone. #iteachbiology #Science
